Acrostic Poem:  Summertime

Sunbeams flood the earth and sky
making me less miserable

Ultraviolet rays invisible
to the naked eye.

Most magical time of year
fills me up with glee

Man, I just can't wait to be
free when it gets here

Every day feels like a whole week
stress is making my brain rot

Rejoice! Despite it being so hot
I can finally play hide and go seek

Time is moving ever faster
till summer finally arrives

It's time to have the time of our lives
days are filled with fun and laughter

My, how sunbeams coat the grass
sunlight floods the earth and sky

Every day is rushing by
I want Summer to never pass.
